Welcome to NJS Livery & Riding School in Bucks

We offer all levels of horse riding lessons whilst providing excellent facilities, making the most out of your time in the saddle.

The yard provides excellent livery in Aylesbury, Bucks.

All of our riding school staff are BHS qualified and will help you to plan and meet your specific horse and riding requirements.

Horse Riding Lessons For Everyone

Here at NJS we have horse riding lessons to suit everyone. From group and individual riding lessons – flat and jump work to horse riding parties and hacking out.

If it’s a while since you have ridden and are a little nervous then we have several horses who would be perfect to get you back riding again. We are a small and friendly stables and make sure all of our pupils get individual attention.

All riding abilities are welcome, including nervous riders and beginners.

Autumn / Winter activities

Fright Night –   Friday 31st October – 4pm – 6pm – £25

Wear spooky fancy dress and come and join in with the Halloween fun and riding.  Be prepared to be daring!

Decorate a Christmas Pony – Tuesday 23rd December – 10.00am – 12.30pm – £25

Bring your own decorations and tinsel to dress up the ponies for some Christmas fun. Includes riding and fun and games on the ponies! Please bring a drink and a snack and plenty of warm clothes.

New Year Jumping show – Friday 2nd January - 11am onwards

Hire a pony for £5 then take part in the show.  Schedule to follow.
To get your favourite pony, book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note – body protectors must be worn. Entry to jumping classes is extra on top.

For those of you who I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with, today is my last day with NJS! In just over 2 years I've met some lovely people and worked with some fab horses and ponies.
